MEC Nontobeka Vilakazi & Local Mayor meets with the Family of Vanessa Barends (33) in Prieska.
Vanessa was found brutally attacked and raped – she later died of her injuries at the local Hospital.
MEC wants the community and Police to work together so that crimes of this nature do not find a footprint in our communities.
