Purpose

To manage and facilitate the provisioning of Human Resource Management Services.

Functions

1. Provide human resource administration services.
2. Manage and facilitated the provisioning of labour relation services.
3. Manage the coordination of HR utilisation and development programmes.
4. Facilitate and develop organizational structures aligned to the HR and strategic plans of the department.
5. Coordinate and facilitate the provision of departmental employee wellness and programmes.
