A new cycle of the Awards has started. This year marks the 6th cycle of the Premier’s Service Excellence Awards since its inception in 2002. The Awards are designed to promote a customer friendly service delivry process among Government’s delivery unit. They are also designed to inform the public of Government’s commitment to improving services to communities in terms of the Batho Pele (People First) service motto, which was developed, by the Department of Public Service and Administration.
