The Northern Cape Department of Social Development is currently in the process to establish a Social Work Veteran Forum for the Northern Cape. This process was initiated by the National Department of Social Development in December 2010, as a way of addressing the dire shortage of Social Workers and resulting service delivery gaps. Nike
