On behalf of Premier Hazel Jenkins (who is abroad on official government business) and the Executive Council of the Northern Cape Provincial Government, it gives me great pleasure indeed to offer our collective support to this gathering of the Public Protector’s National Stakeholder Consultative Forum. Ladies and Gentlemen, I have been reliably informed that, in the main, this Consultative Forum forms a significant aspect of the activities of the Office of the Public Protector which expressly intends leveraging stakeholder relations for enhanced service delivery to all South Africans within the parameters of the Public Protectors constitutional mandate.
