The Department of Social Development and the Central Drug Authority (CDA) will be launching a community Mobilization Campaign during Social Development Month, celebrated annual during October.
The purpose of this campaign is to assess the needs of the communities in relation to substance abuse, mobilizing them to play an active role in dealing with substance abuse and encourage their partisipation in both the Provincial Substance Abuse Summits and the 2nd Biennial Substance Abuse Summit, to be held later this year.
