\"\"The National School of Government is conducted a three-day induction programme for Members of the Executive Council of the Seventh Administration in the Northern Cape. <\/p>\n

This programme focussed on ethical leadership and executive oversight. In attendance were the Director General, Heads of Departments, and Chief Financial Officers.<\/p>\n

The Ethical Leadership and Executive Oversight Programme is designed to assist members of the Executive in dealing with and managing various ethical challenges. Its objective is to promote a culture of effective oversight and moral leadership as outlined in the Constitution, the Executives Ethics Code, the PFMA, MFMA, and other relevant regulations.<\/p>\n

The Premier, Dr Zamani Saul, in his opening address, encouraged Members of the  Executive Council and Senior leadership in the Administration to work harder in accelerating the pace at which services are delivered in order to gain a trust relationship with our people.<\/p>\n
