\"\"The Premier of the Northern Cape, Dr ZamaniSaul together with Members of the Executive Council attended the Annual General Meeting of the Northern Cape Premier’s Bursary Fund held in Kimberley on 11thFebruary 2020.<\/p>\n

In addressing those present, Premier Dr Saul said: “The socio-economic landscape of the Northern Cape has completely changed and poses new challenges. The Office of the Premier is therefore leading a process to realign the trust fund to respond to these new challenges. We are confident that a centralised approach will enable us to have a clinical approach with regard to developing the skills base in the Province and to strengthen coordination.”<\/p>\n

He continued by adding: “At the heart of a Modern, Growing and Successful Province is education. We won’t be able to modernise the Province if we do not place emphasis on the education of our children.”<\/p>\n
