Sound knowledge of network and administration support. Good verbal       communication skills. A driver\u2019s license is a prerequisite. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties: <\/strong> <br \/>The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:<br \/>Provide second tier support to end users. <br \/> Configure and troubleshoot computers, laptops and printers. <br \/>Periodic auditing of IT equipment, Anti-virus management at desktop level, set-up e-mail accounts and user training. <br \/>Maintain links to clients\/users to resolve queries. <br \/>Assist in planning and monitoring utilization and capacity for current and proposed <br \/>installation, including changes, by performing defined tasks <br \/>Assist in investigation, diagnosing and resolving incidents\/problems as directed. <br \/>Conduct tests of the hardware and\/or software affected using supplied test procedures and diagnostic tools. <br \/>Correct malfunctions, calling on other experience colleagues and external resources <br \/>if required. \uf0b7 Provide basic advice and guidance on individual project proposals and plans. <br \/>Make useful contributions to technical \u201cbrainstorming\u201d sessions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enquiries:<\/strong> Ms. M.
