Towns that will form  part of this visit include Calvinia, Brandvlei, Nieuwoudtville,  Loeriesfontein, Fraserburg and Carnarvon.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The outreach programme  will see members of the Northern Cape Executive Council conducting door  to door visits to the poor households in these areas.
