Northern Cape Premier Sylvia Lucas will deliver the State of the Province Address to Members of the Provincial Legislature during the Opening of the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature on the 21 February 2014.
The Northern Cape Community will be given access to the Provincial Archives when the Provincial Government officially opens the new Archives Repository on Friday, 24 January 2014. The multi-million rand Provincial Archives Repository is situated on the corner of Silson and Green Street towards the Legislature Complex in Kimberley. It is scheduled to be officially opened by Premier Sylvia Lucas together with the MEC for Sport, Arts and Culture Pauline Williams.
