The Northern Cape Department of Health's MEC, Mr Maruping Lekwene
\naccompanied by Head of Ministry, Ms. Lorato Moleleki conducted an oversight
\nvisit to Carnarvon CHC in Kareeberg local municipality.<\/p>\n

The follow-up visit forms part of MECs programme to monitor service
\ndelivery in terms of cleanliness, medication stock levels, medical
\nequipment availability and physical state of facilities.<\/p>\n

MEC Lekwene is elated to note that following the fire that erupted at this
\nfacility due to electrical fault, the electricity had since been restored.
\nThe MEC impressed upon district health management to ensure that all
\noutstanding work be completed by latest this Friday, for the facility to
