The overarching responsibility of the Communications Unit is to provide an efficient and effective communication service to enable the Member of the Executive Council (MEC), and Head of Department (HOD) to communicate the department’s achievements and services through the efficient utilisation of information through the media and other communication platforms in the execution of our mandate. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Manage and facilitate  media and liaison services.<\/p>\n

• Manage and facilitate the internal publications and communication services.<\/p>\n

• Manage and facilitate the provision of information communication <\/p>\n

• .Manage and facilitate linguistic services.<\/p>\n

• Manage and facilitate the development of content creation.<\/p>\n

• The monitoring of the media.<\/p>\n

• Manage and facilitate the branding and corporate identity of department. <\/p>\n
