This year the date for the PSWMW was 28 August till 01 September in which the HOD hosted female senior and&nbsp;middle&nbsp;managers using the 8- Principle Action Plan exclusively as the agenda of the meeting, and to review the impact that the implementation of the 8-Principle Action Plan has in the department.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Through the 8 Principle Action Plan, the Head of department, is expected to ensure issues of women empowerment and gender mainstreaming find centre stage particularly at management level within the department.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\"><br \/><\/span><span class=\"sp-megamenu-parent\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>31 August 2023- The Head of Department, Mr. Rodney Pieterse hosted female senior and middle managers for the HOD&#8217;s 8 &#8211; Principle Action Plan for Women Empowerment and Gender Equality at the Provincial Treasury in Kimberley.
