Northern Cape Provincial Administration will commemorate the 2022 Freedom Day at Carnarvon in the Pixley ka Seme District. The commemoration will be held under the theme: “Consolidating our Democratic Gains”, to mark the country’s transition from the oppressive apartheid regime to a free democratic country.
