Furthermore, it addresses the generational gap in farming, fostering a new generation of farmers and entrepreneurs while tackling unemployment as well as engaging youth in the agricultural value chain and facilitate the establishment of youth-owned enterprises by connecting them with supportive entities.<\/p>\n<p>MEC Manopole and HOD Marais provided words of encouragement to the graduate, emphasizing the department&#8217;s commitment to nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs, farmers, and officials.
