The workshop plays a crucial role in the Promotion of Public Service Women Management Week(PSWMW) and further aims to assess progress made in empowering women including achieving gender equality within the Department.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Nhlapo from the Gender Focal Section opened the session and provided a comprehensive explanation of the 8 principles, serving as a refresher for the participants. <\/p>\n<p>The reviewed advancements made and emphasized the importance of implementing these principles in the workplace.
