Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Provide human resource administration services.<\/li>\n
  2. Manage and facilitated the provisioning of labour relation services.<\/li>\n
  3. Manage the coordination of HR utilisation and development programmes.<\/li>\n
  4. Facilitate and develop organizational structures aligned to the HR and strategic plans of the department.<\/li>\n
  5. Coordinate and facilitate the provision of departmental employee wellness and programmes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
