The Premier of the Northern Cape, Mrs Hazel Jenkins, conveys her condolences to the family and friends of Professor Carel Boshoff, who was called to rest on 15 March 2011.
In expressing her sympathy, the Premier remarked that the loss of a father and a community leader in the person of Professor Boshoff was truly regrettable.
