This past weekend the Northern Cape provided a taste of its people’s excitement for the BLOODHOUND project. On Friday 17 September the province held its annual Tourism Service Excellence Awards in Upington. Mr John Block, MEC for Finance, Economic Development and Tourism and the current chairperson of the ANC in the Northern Cape, also known as Mr Bloodhound, hosted a gala event to award the recipients of service excellence and amongst other things singled out the BLOODHOUND project as one of the most beneficial projects the Northern Cape has ever been involved with.
